Pineapple Sausage Skewers

Easy company dinner!



  1. Preheat grill to medium.
  2. Thread sausage slices and pineapple chunks on skewers, alternating sausage and pineapple. (Reserve leftover pineapple for another use.)
  3. Brush skewers generously with barbecue sauce.
  4. Grill over indirect medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until sausage is cooked though and internal temperature is 165 degrees F. Remove from grill.
  5. Serve skewers over rice or with a mixed green salad.
